Thinkado specializes in the development and design of IT solutions, with a high degree of commitment to render quality service to its clients.

As guidelines for all company activities, we define a Quality Policy based on:

  • Continuous feedback provision by our clients and stakeholders to define proactive strategies which favour, both inside and outside the company, quality service and compliance with legal requirements applicable to it.
  • Ongoing training and awareness by Fluxers to promote professional development.
  • Definition and enhancement of internal processes, deriving in continuous improvement by all staff.
  • General Management as guide for organization, paving the way to achieve culture, management style and relevant services.
  • Motivation and available space to foster teamwork in a facilitating environment that promotes commitment and passion to create value.
  • Quality communication processes and information management (inside and outside the company) as strategic resources in order to promote organizational efficiency.

This policy has been communicated to all Fluxers and will be regularly monitored to undergo ongoing evaluation.
